Preschool
Good habits and behaviors that affect our health are established early in life. The habits we establish as children greatly influence how we choose to live as adults. So it is particularly important that young children have physical activity as a natural part of their daily lives.
The preschool curriculum states that children should be supported in developing all-round mobility by participating in physical activities and spending time in natural environments. This gives children the chance to experience the joy of movement and develop an interest in different forms of movement.
